adobe photshop

hey ive been playing around photoshop and i only know how to remove wrinkles and..spots...but how to make the complexion fairer...or stuff like dat..how to change features ..like make the nose smaller..or change the lip shape..isit even possibl..or how xia xue make her flawless skin ......anyone knows???.....photoshop is really fun
